SHIPPING AND ORDER PROCESSING
Our orders are processed, roasted and shipped each business day. Time of day of any order placement will impact your order minimally due to working hours for roasting and pick-up times for shipping.
Our goal is to always get the most deliciously fresh coffee and tea in your hands as quickly as possible.
We believe in quality over quantity in all the things we do. This means that we do not roast, ship or answer emails on the weekends. And also, we believe in our team and support teams should be able to spend the weekends with their family and friends. Our owners believe strongly in a day of rest and sincerely hope you do too.
RETURNS
Nope. Once a product has been shipped, it cannot be returned.
If we have made an error (and as humans, we will) such as shipped you the wrong product or ground instead of whole bean, we will ship the correct product for you as soon as we can process the order again.
If you have ordered the wrong product by mistake, we would love to help you find what you are looking for. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned coffee or tea products. Merchandise and gear returns very rare and are considered on an individual basis.
